Location: Oakville, ON L6M 2G2
Salary: $64.25 hourly for 30 hours per week
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- Supervising the sales budget, predicting revenue, and optimizing profitability while managing costs efficiently.
- Formulating and implementing a robust sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Leading, recruiting, and guiding a dynamic sales team, establishing performance targets, and delivering coaching for goal attainment.
- Identifying and pursuing potential clients, cultivating relationships, and closing deals to expand the client portfolio.
- Analyzing sales reports to gain insights into performance and strategizing based on the findings.
- Engaging in client contract negotiations, ensuring terms align with company standards.
- Overseeing existing client accounts, prioritizing satisfaction, and recognizing opportunities for upselling or cross-selling consulting services.
- Providing continuous training and professional development to the sales team for skill enhancement.
- Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and special reports to assess sales team effectiveness and inform data-driven decisions.
- Cultivating a corporate culture centered on teamwork, collaboration, and a client-focused approach to drive overall success.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, marketing, or management is a minimum requirement
- Extensive experience of 5 years or more in sales and management is highly valued.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively lead a sales team and interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of leading and motivating sales teams to achieve targets.
- A deep understanding of sales methodologies, strategies, and techniques, as well as a track record of successful sales performance.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use data to make informed decisions and drive sales improvements.
- One is expected for the supervision of 5 to 10 people.
