Job Description

Location: Mississauga ON L4Y 2A1

Salary: $87.25 per hour for 30 hours per week

Number of vacancies: 1

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Type: Permanent employment

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to align the goals with market trends and emerging technologies.
  • Lead, manage, hire, train, and motivate the team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.
  • Manage budgets, financial forecasting, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency and achieve financial objectives.
  • Act as a passionate and professional operational leader, mentor, motivator and positive innovator who creates opportunities and makes decisions that support sales, company growth and overall team’ experience and retention.
  • Define business strategy, set bold timelines to execute that strategy, and guide cross-functional teams on the execution.
  • Maintain funds, budgets and optimize expenses to secure quarterly revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive client marketing strategy to drive customer retention, upsell, and advocacy
  • Monitor and analyze customer marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance and delegate responsibilities to subordinates to facilitate performing different tasks to support succession planning process.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring the organization's stability.
  • Drive innovation and seek opportunities for business expansion and grow 

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Typically, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, management, or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience of 5 years or more in management and progressively responsible positions.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the capacity to inspire and guide teams toward achieving organizational goals.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and a solid understanding of business economics, is important to work efficiently within a budget of $500,001 - $1,500,000.
  • Ability to think strategically, foresee market trends, and formulate effective business strategies.
  • Proven ability to make sound decisions, especially under pressure, considering both short-term and long-term implications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as effective interpersonal skills for dealing.
  • Adept at identifying and solving complex problems, fostering innovation and adaptability.
