Job Duties

• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the warehouse's day-to-day operations such as order fulfillment, transportation, and facility management.

• Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution work by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing work procedures.

• Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency.

• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciles. 

• Inspecting products for quality assurance, ensuring that all blinds meet the store's standards before being shipped or displayed for sale.

• Prepare reports related to inventory level, stock movement, and sales trends.

·       Overseeing the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment to ensure operational efficiency and safety.

 Job Requirements

·       Completion of college or university program in business administration OR in a discipline related to warehouse operation OR 3-4 years of supervisory or management experience in a similar work setting.

·       Ability to communicate in English.
