Job Duties
Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the warehouse's day-to-day operations such as order fulfillment, transportation, and facility management.
Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution work by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing work procedures.
Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency.
Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciles.
Inspecting products for quality assurance, ensuring that all blinds meet the store's standards before being shipped or displayed for sale.
Prepare reports related to inventory level, stock movement, and sales trends.
· Overseeing the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
Job Requirements
· Completion of college or university program in business administration OR in a discipline related to warehouse operation OR 3-4 years of supervisory or management experience in a similar work setting.
· Ability to communicate in English.
