Responsibilities
Tasks
- Supervise tow truck drivers to ensure timely and efficient vehicle recovery services.
- Coordinate daily schedules and assignments for tow truck drivers.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Train and mentor new and existing drivers to improve performance.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues.
- Inspect vehicles and equipment to ensure proper maintenance and operation.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on operations and incidents.
- Manage staff schedules, including shift planning and time off.
- Collaborate with management to improve processes and service quality.
- Respond to emergencies and provide support during high-priority towing operations.
