Position Summary:

Swift Management Group BC Inc. is looking for a Computer help desk representative - systems to join their team.

Job Details:

Location: DeltaBC V3M 5V8

Salary: 33.00 hourly / 40 hours per Week

Employment Type: Permanent employment, Full time

Employment Conditions: Day, Evening, Morning

Requirement: Starts as soon as possible

Job Requirements:

Languages: English

Education: College/CEGEP

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Responsibilities:

Tasks:

  • Communicate electronically and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced

  • Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions

  • Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties

Experience and specialization:

Computer and technology knowledge: Extranet, Intranet, Internet, Servers, Desktop applications,

Word processing software, MS Office, MS Windows

Additional information:
