Salary: $24.50 per hour for 35 hours per week
Number of vacancies: 1
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Monitor product levels and assist with product orders and inventory as required.
- Conduct monthly performance reviews and monthly store meetings for better management practices
- Assist owner in hiring and training new employees.
- Plan weekly staffing schedules in compliance with schedules policy and availability of employees
- Recognizes and reinforces individual and team accomplishments by using existing organizational tools and by collaborating with store manager to find new, creative, and effective methods of recognition.
- Recruit, interview and hire high caliber employees with in store needs
- Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
- Engage with customers, provide assistance, answer questions, and address concerns to enhance the overall dining experience.
- Set sales goals and targets for the retail section, motivating the team to achieve or exceed them.
- Utilize point-of-sale systems and other relevant software to process sales and manage inventory.
Eligibility Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2- 3 years of experience in retail sector or similar role is required
- Good English communication and writing skills required
- Comply well with working conditions like combination of sitting, standing, walking and standing for extended periods
- Ability to supervise 3-4 people
- Possess team leadership skills
- Attention to detail, reliability, punctual and organized
- Must have strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
