Job Responsibilities:
- Set sales targets and goals for the retail team and monitor individual and team sales performance.
- Supervise and lead the retail sales team. Also, assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels. Coordinate with the restaurant's supply chain to ensure product availability.
- Oversee the sales team, including training, scheduling, and managing their performance to ensure efficient and effective customer service.
- Engage with customers, provide assistance, answer questions, and address concerns to enhance the overall dining experience.
- Set sales goals and targets for the retail section, motivating the team to achieve or exceed them.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and reorder products as needed to prevent shortages and overstocking.
- Prepare sales reports, analyze trends, and present insights to management for informed decision-making.
- Train team members on safety protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for retail staff.
- Provide constructive feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Typically, 2-3 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles is required. Previous supervisory or management experience may be preferred.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is usually the minimum requirement
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively interact with customers, staff, and management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills to guide and motivate the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
- Understanding of retail and restaurant operations, including inventory management, point of sale systems, and customer engagement strategies.
