Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for market research to support required vision, roadmap, and requirements this may include competitive analysis, market and technology trends, analyst assessments, and planning meetings.
- Managing a balanced sales funnel, executing all steps of the sales process from target to close to continually secure new business.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners and clients to increase revenue and drive growth.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and services, to ensure that business development efforts are integrated and aligned with overall company objectives.
- Lead the marketing and sales team to manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively.
- Manage a team of business development professionals and sales staff, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them achieve their goals and targets.
- Monitor competitors and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
- Stay up-to-date with the company's products or services and ensure the sales team is well-informed.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales team performance.
- Overview of regular reports and analysis to management on sales performance, trends, and opportunities.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 years or more of progressive experience in similar roles, handling similar responsibilities
- Require the ability to have excellent written and verbal communication skills including comfort dealing with senior management, both internal and external.
- Ability to logically communicate technical information and ideas.
- Experience and success working independently, as well as with cross-functional teams
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Require the ability budgetary responsibility of approximately $500,001 - $1,500,000
- Require the knowledge about business equipment and computer applications (MS Office)
