Salary: $63.75 per hour for 35 hours per week

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and monitor strategic and tactical goals to maximize sales, profit, and to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Recruit, select, hire and supervise staff and seasonal interns
- Research, analyze and monitor projects to ensure adoption of best practices
- Establishing sales targets and defining the overall sales strategy for the organization.
- Creating comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve the set targets, considering market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Establish and nurture key relationships with suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure the company success.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability by developing sales channels, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
- Closely monitor sales activities, analyze sales data, and evaluate the team's performance against targets. Also, providing guidance and support to sales representatives to improve their effectiveness.
- Fostering strong relationships with key customers and prospects, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Responsible for establishing, coordinating and growing the business sales channel to ensure the achievement of the company's objectives.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research, evaluate sales performances, formulate and review company's medium and long range plans, goals and objectives. Monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs.
- Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
Eligibility Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is typically required.
- Significant experience in sales management and leadership roles is typically required, ranging from 5 years or more.
- Strong leadership and team management skills are critical. Proven experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams, providing mentorship and guidance, and fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture is important.
- A strong understanding of the industry, including its technologies, products, trends, and competitive landscape, is essential., and can be advantageous.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales management, including developing and executing sales strategies, leading sales teams, and achieving sales objectives.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with clients, internal teams, and senior management. The ability to present ideas, sales plans, and reports in a clear and persuasive manner is crucial.
