Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee sales and marketing activities to achieve corporate revenue goals
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing sales representatives to achieve sales, profitability, market share, and business plan objectives
- Manage a team of business development professionals and sales staff, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them achieve their goals and targets.
- Oversee and manage the sales team, setting clear goals and targets.
- Stay updated on the latest market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Developing, Enhancing, implementing of comprehensive Sales strategies & other promotional activities for various projects to create new markets, achieve targeted sales.
- Regular analysis of sales trends & coming up with sales techniques that target the right market with the right tools.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners and clients to increase revenue and drive growth.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and services, to ensure that business development efforts are integrated and aligned with overall company objectives.
- Identifying training needs, designing sales training programs, and providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities for the sales team.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field is typically required.
- Significant experience of 5 years or more in sales and sales management roles is usually required. Employers may seek candidates with several years of experience in progressively responsible positions, including experience managing a sales team.
- Strong knowledge of the industry or market in which the organization operates is often preferred. This includes understanding industry trends, competitors, customer needs, and market dynamics.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and challenges.
- Well versed with MS Office & MS Access
Location: Burlington ON L7L 6W6
Salary: $65.00 per hour for 30 hours per week
Number of vacancies: 1
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
