Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee sales and marketing activities to achieve corporate revenue goals
  2. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  3. Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing sales representatives to achieve sales, profitability, market share, and business plan objectives
  4. Manage a team of business development professionals and sales staff, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them achieve their goals and targets.
  5. Oversee and manage the sales team, setting clear goals and targets.
  6. Stay updated on the latest market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  7. Developing, Enhancing, implementing of comprehensive Sales strategies & other promotional activities for various projects to create new markets, achieve targeted sales.
  8. Regular analysis of sales trends & coming up with sales techniques that target the right market with the right tools.
  9. Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  10. Build and maintain relationships with key partners and clients to increase revenue and drive growth.
  11. Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and services, to ensure that business development efforts are integrated and aligned with overall company objectives.
  12. Identifying training needs, designing sales training programs, and providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities for the sales team.

 Eligibility Requirements:

  1. A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field is typically required.
  2. Significant experience of 5 years or more in sales and sales management roles is usually required. Employers may seek candidates with several years of experience in progressively responsible positions, including experience managing a sales team.
  3. Strong knowledge of the industry or market in which the organization operates is often preferred. This includes understanding industry trends, competitors, customer needs, and market dynamics.
  4. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  5. Ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
  6. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and challenges.
  7. Well versed with MS Office & MS Access

 Location: Burlington ON L7L 6W6

Salary: $65.00 per hour for 30 hours per week

Number of vacancies: 1

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Type: Permanent employment
