Responsibilities:
Maintain priorities, delegate work to office staff, and follow procedures and deadlines.
Ensure that records are released in compliance with government access to information and privacy laws.
Manage and coordinate office services such as accommodation, relocations, equipment, supplies, forms, disposals, parking, maintenance, and security.
Review, evaluate, and implement new office procedures while overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures.
Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting, and project planning.
