JOB DUTIES TO BE PERFORMED:
Administrative Officer
1. Manage day-to-day office operations, including buildings, supplies, and equipment to provide a positive work environment for workers.
2. Assist departments and teams with administrative tasks such as meeting scheduling, communication, and document Management.
3. Serve as a link between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure that information is disseminated effectively and timely.
4. Maintain client databases, aid with proposal and contract development, and respond to client queries and concerns.
5. Assist with the planning and coordination of business events, meetings, seminars, and conferences, including logistics, venue selection, and attendance Management.
6. Assist in organizing and preserving firm data and records, including digital and physical file systems, to provide quick access and retrieval of information.
7. Provide help to adopt and enforce corporate rules, processes, and standards to guarantee compliance and uniformity throughout the firm.
8. Assist management with general administrative tasks, such as managing questions and participating to special projects and initiatives
