Administrative officer, (PERMANENT POSITION)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate communication between different departments and teams within the organization.
2. Manage and maintain company records, files, and documentation.
3. Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a well-organized and productive work environment.
4. Coordinate and organize company events, conferences, or team-building activities.
5. Handle administrative aspects of client and vendor relationships, including contract management and communication.
6. Address and resolving administrative issues or concerns raised by employees.
7. Implement company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across various functions.
8. Support project managers and teams by assisting with project documentation, scheduling meetings, and coordinating project-related activities.
Compensation & Hours:
Salary: $27.30 CAD PER Hour (Overtime paid $40.95 PER HOUR after 44 hours of work per week;4% Holiday pay will be accrued)
Working hours: Minimum 30 hours per week
Job Details:
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 yearsn or equivalent experience
Language: Proficiency in both spoken and written English
