Job Description

CK AUTO SERVICES INC is a mechanic shop located in Markham, Ontario, offering services to all type of v­­­­­­­­ehicles, hybrid and electric cars. 

Your Responsibilities as an administrative assistant will be followings:

-       Supporting management team in daily office operation.

-       Drafting and proofreading invoices, brochures, reports, and other office documents.

-       Organize and maintaining files and records to ensure easily accessibility and accuracy.

-       Managing the reception and distribution of mails and emails efficiently and overseeing the internal flow of information with other teams or departments.

-       Handling phone and electronic queries and efficiently relaying messages and calls.

-       Managing and scheduling office meetings and appointments, recording and preparing the minutes of meetings.

-       Keeping track of office supplies, ensuring that inventory levels are adequately maintained.

-       Establishing and updating office procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

-       Organizing travel arrangements and making reservations for your employer.

-       Greeting and directing visitors, determining the purpose of their visit, and guiding them to the appropriate person or department.

-       Assisting in preparing for and organizing events with external partners or organizations.

Requirements:

Education

Ÿ   Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Work Experience

Ÿ   Minimum of 1-year work experience as administrative assistants or secretaries or previous clerical experience

Language

  •   Effective English skills both written and verbal.

Job Type: full-time (37.5 hours/week), permanent

Salary: $25 hourly
