Job Description

Location: Caledon East , ON L7C 2X6

Salary: $64.50 per hour for 30 hours per week

Number of vacancies: 1

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Type: Permanent employment

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and monitor strategic and tactical goals to maximize sales, profit, and to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Recruit, select, hire and supervise staff and seasonal interns
  • Research, analyze and monitor projects to ensure adoption of best practices
  • Superior ability to create sales opportunities, differentiate products, and create packages
  • Motivate and monitor sales representatives and distributors on marketing and sales activities
  • Lead and manage strategic initiatives for the company
  • Work flexibly, cooperatively and effectively with multiple stakeholders and parties of influence across the company, and external vendors
  • Srategize and plan the sales process, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new development, market research and brand strategy
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions

 

Eligibility Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is crucial.
  • 5 years or more experience in sales and progressively responsible leadership roles.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving digital marketing trends and technologies, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and internal collaboration.
  • Proficient negotiation skills for dealing with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
