Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the market development team to collect price benchmarking data and motivate the sales team, including hiring training, and performance management.
- Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Monitoring and analyzing sales team performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and make strategic decisions to optimize financial performance.
- Develop, engage and retain talented people by creating a work environment where people can realise their potential
- Building Strategic Networks with people inside and outside the organisation to advance the business goals
- Analyze and communicate results and trends of sales based marketing research
- Assist in budget preparation, management and forecasting
Eligibility Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field is typically required.
- Significant experience in sales management and leadership roles is typically required, ranging from 5 years or more.
- Strong leadership and team management skills are critical. Proven experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams, providing mentorship and guidance, and fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture is important.
- A strong understanding of the industry, including its technologies, products, trends, and competitive landscape, is essential., and can be advantageous.
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
