Job Description

Title: Administrative officer

One position available with an excellent opportunity to grow in the company (Berry Tech 321 Inc.)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise records management of the resources and technicians.
  • Compile the data and prepare the manuals, reports, and correspondences with the clients.
  • Facilitate the completion of business activities such as government remittance, reports, licenses, and other supported documentation.
  • Review, evaluate and implement the new policies and procedures as per the company’s needs to perform more effectively.
  • Set work priorities and delegate the work to departments and ensure that deadlines are fulfilled.
  • Perform analysis and monitoring of management processes related to budgeting, contracts, and projects as per the direction.
  • Schedule office management and security services, manage the office relocation, accommodation, parking, office supplies and other services.
  • Maintain stationary and other hardware inventories, with appropriate repair schedules.

Compensation & Hours:

Salary and Hours: $27.20 (per hour) with 30 hours per week

Overtime Rate: $40.80 per hour starting after 44 hours per week

Holiday pay: 4% of the gross pay

Relevant Job Details:

Experience and Education Required:  1 year to less than 2 years, College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
