- Supervise records management of the resources and technicians.
- Compile the data and prepare the manuals, reports, and correspondences with the clients.
- Facilitate the completion of business activities such as government remittance, reports, licenses, and other supported documentation.
- Review, evaluate and implement the new policies and procedures as per the company’s needs to perform more effectively.
- Set work priorities and delegate the work to departments and ensure that deadlines are fulfilled.
- Perform analysis and monitoring of management processes related to budgeting, contracts, and projects as per the direction.
- Schedule office management and security services, manage the office relocation, accommodation, parking, office supplies and other services.
- Maintain stationary and other hardware inventories, with appropriate repair schedules.
