Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Conduct sales calls
  • Manage potential client queries in the CRM
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
  • Establish work schedule
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
  • Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints

Sales experience

  • Telemarketing experience in Immigration firms is preferred
