Salary: $65.00 per hour for 30 hours per week

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and drive customer acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget.
- Present sales and marketing strategies and results to the management team.
- Implement a sales plan, working in collaboration with stake holders to increase market share, develop new markets and to improve gross margins by enhancing the performance.
- One - up knowledge on competitor activities, products, systems, services, prices, and other marketplace conditions to capitalize on market opportunities.
- Provide sales vision for the region by developing a complete understanding of organization structure, local buying influences, geographic area, customer requirements, competitor activity, market share targets, developing markets, sales penetration, local sales coverage and sales revenue goals through successful implementation of sales strategies and development of tactical plans.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 5 years or more for successfully leading a sales and marketing team.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and marketing tools.
