Job Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Setting sales targets and identifying new market opportunities.
- Leading and managing the sales team, including hiring and training sales personnel, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance. Providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve sales goals.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and negotiating contracts. Collaborating with marketing and product teams to develop strategies for product positioning and market penetration.
- Conducting sales forecasting and budgeting, analyzing market trends, and identifying areas for growth. Developing sales plans, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing customer concerns, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Allocate resources and stay abreast of local market dynamics to identify opportunities for sales growth.
- Utilize data analysis to forecast sales trends, set realistic targets, and develop action plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Organize training programs to enhance the sales team's skills and knowledge, keeping them updated on product/service offerings.
- Manage the sales department's budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to meet objectives.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business management, sales, or construction is required
- 5 years or more of experience in sales; management or a related field.
- A customer-centric mindset with a demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional service and building lasting customer relationships.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
