Job Responsibilities:
- plan, implement, and oversee engineering strategies, procedures, and goals
- responsible for ensuring that the daily and long-term operations of the engineering department are smooth
- Providing strong leadership and guidance to the engineering team. This includes hiring and developing engineering talent, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture, and promoting professional growth and mentorship within the team.

Eligibility Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree is required, engineering, computer science, management, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Prior work experience of five years or more is typically required in similar field.
- Strong leadership and technical skills are essential to guide teams and make critical decisions.
- Expert strategic planning skills, with ability to also establish effective targets and measures, and monitor achievement of results
- Expert business acumen, with an understanding of financial principles
- Expert problem-solving and decision-making skills, with ability to diagnose and make recommendations on the organization's most critical issues
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
