Position Title: Front desk clerk, hotel
Job Duties:
1. Manage and maintain the record of vacant, reserved and assigned rooms.
2. Check-in and register the arriving guests and assign rooms.
3. Greet customers and assist in check-in and check-out.
4. Respond to the queries by telephone, email, letter and provide information regarding the hotel services.
5. Handle customer complaints.
6. Receive payments and handle cash register.
7. Taking cancellations requests, wake-up calls and a myriad of other guest requests.
