Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: One or more years of experience is required
Specific Skills: 1. Manage the day-to-day administrative functions to support the Catering Manager and catering team.
2. Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
3. Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external communications related to catering services.
4. Respond to inquiries, emails, and phone calls promptly and professionally.
5. Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
6. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
7. Assist in the coordination and planning of catering events, including logistics, setup, and follow-up activities.
8. Collaborate with the catering team to ensure seamless execution of events.
9. Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, addressing inquiries and ensuring their catering needs are met.
