Job Summary: Cut carcasses, sides and quarters; Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat; remove bones from meat; Grind meats; make special sausages; prepare special orders; prepare special displays of meats, poultry and fish products; shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood

Job details Terms: Full-time permanent

 Job Requirements
Languages: English
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
Experience 3 years to less than 5 years

 

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, Standing for extended periods, Attention to detail, Physically demanding, Handling heavy loads, Hand-eye coordination

Work Location Information: Relocation costs not covered by the employer

Work Site Environment: Cold/refrigerated - Odours
