Tasks

• Plan and design menus, decide food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
• Inspect kitchen area and food service areas
• Prep and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Coordinate with other members in regards to ordering supplies and equipment
