Job Duties:

• Oversee and coordinate the work of laundry staff.
• Train new staff members and ensure they are familiar with proper laundry procedures.
• Create work schedules, assign duties, and manage staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage.
• Inspect linens, uniforms, and other items to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of laundry supplies, such as detergents, fabric softeners, and cleaning agents.
• Coordinate and oversee the maintenance and repair of laundry equipment to ensure it operates efficiently.
• Ensure that the laundry facility complies with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Interact with customers or other departments to address specific laundry service requests or concerns.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding service expectations.
• Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
