Roles and Responsibilities for One Available Position: General Manager - Financial, Communications And Other Business Services
- Develop and implement strategic business development and marketing plans for the business, teams and individuals.
- Develop and supervise the execution of short- and long-term strategic initiatives to achieve the company mission.
- Ensure growing revenue streams to generate profits in line with agreed targets.
- Build relationships with different stakeholders to generate leads, partnerships, and other necessary relationships.
- Oversee and support the successful design, funding and execution of client contracts.
- Manage and expand the execution capacity of the entity.
- Ensure robust and effective operations, structures and processes to support the effective execution of the projects.
- Enforce financial management systems to ensure the short-term and long-term financial viability of the office.
- Engage with all team members and seek to understand them as people, their strengths, challenges, markets, aspirations and motivations.
- Ensure collaboration between relevant units to ensure effective client delivery and overall organizational objectives.
- Develop supply chain flow considering possible new channel to improve process and efficiency.
- Work with the team to drive business development activities across new and existing clients.
Salary and Work details:
- $85.85/hr with minimum 30 hours per week
- $128.78/hr is the overtime rate, which starts after accumulative 44 hours in a week
- 4% of gross pay is considered as holiday pay
Other Job Details:
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree is required
- Minimum 5 or more years of relevant experience
- Full time permanent role in the company
