Salary: $28.25 per hour for 35 hours per week

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Duties:
- Keep accurate and current records of all financial transactions, income, and costs.
- Process and keep track of incoming bills and invoices to make sure they are correct, accepted, and paid on time.
- Keep track of and document client payments. Follow up on unpaid invoices and, if necessary, issue statements or reminders.
- To simplify bookkeeping procedures and boost effectiveness, use accounting software and financial management solutions.
- Reconcile bank statements with RBL financial records on a regular basis to check for accuracy and spot inconsistencies.
- Process the pay, deductions, and benefits of the employees. Ensure that payroll tax filings and payments are accurate and made on time.
- For audit and reporting purposes, keep organized financial records and documentation in both physical and digital formats.
- Ensure RBL’s financial processes are following applicable laws and regulations by keeping up with accounting rules.
- Work together with the company's other divisions, including management, operations, and finance, to share information and aid in financial decision-making.
- Giving the management team financial guidance and recommendations to make decisions that will support RBL’s expansion and profitability.
Requirements:
- Secondary high school is the minimum requirement.
- Minimum 2-3 year of experience in similar role is required.
- Accurate, Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Excellent written communication, Flexibility.
- Should be organized, and a team player.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word, Quick Books, MS Office.
