Job Description

Location: London, ON N6A 2RS

Salary: $50.25 per hour for 30 hours per week

Number of vacancies: 1

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Type: Permanent employment

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Full sales, support, and operational responsibility for the company.
  • Design, implement and execute annual budgets and strategic plans.
  • Develop and drive new programs, revenue streams and marketing strategies to meet and exceed sales and profitability goals.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions.
  • Establish an organization wide culture of accountability focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and phenomenal business results.
  • Provide the overall vision and strategy to the greater team and develop a high performing team of engaged, and motivated employees and a spirit of interdependent, cross functional collaboration.
  • Proactive analysis of data to identify trends and issues. Quickly implement corrective actions plans.
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of competitors, developing innovations to maintain market lead.
  • Maintain best practices for safety and sales-generation in the field.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for business expansion and client retention.
  • Encourage a culture of learning and development within the plumbing services team.
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote company.
  • Participate in industry events and networking to enhance business visibility.

 Eligibility Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Management, or another related field.
  • Minimum 5 years ‘of management and sales experience
  • Must be able to effectively lead, coach and manage others in a professional environment
  • Ability to positively influence at all levels and possess executive presence
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to plan, prioritize and execute detailed instructions in a timely and efficient manner
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to work independently, as well as with others
