Duties:
- Ensure excellent customer service by resolving complaints and assisting with purchases.
- Hire, train, and onboard new employees.
- Schedule shifts, monitor attendance, and manage staff performance.
- Motivate employees to meet sales targets and maintain morale.
- Track sales performance and assist with merchandising and promotions.
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and coordinate inventory counts.
- Open and close the store, handle cash registers, and maintain cleanliness.
- Prepare sales and performance reports.
- Maintain employee records and payroll information.
- Report theft, damage, or maintenance issues to management.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for orders and deliveries.
- Manage pricing updates and promotional materials.
- Implement loss prevention strategies and handle emergencies.
- Act as a liaison between staff and senior management.
