Salary: $65.00 per hour for 30 hours per week

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for directing, coordinating and growing the Business and identifying new business opportunities by recruiting new intermediaries.
- Responsible for establishing and strengthening relationships with all customers and intermediaries to ensure customers are provided with efficient service levels at all times.
- Responsible for drive the growth and ensure all the targets are met;
- Initiate, manage and oversee the execution of marketing strategies and user growth campaigns;
- Responsible for setting strategy and direction
- Lead, empower, and mentor team to bring about growth and development for the business.
- Keep up to date with competitor and market trends, share the insights and adjust strategies accordingly
- Recruiting, training, and motivating the sales team to perform at their best. Employee retention and development are often key metrics.
- Developing and managing the budget, including expenses related to staffing, marketing, and maintenance.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, business administration, or a related field
- Candidates are expected to have at least 5 years of experience in sales management or related roles.
- Understanding financial metrics and the impact of sales activities on the company's financial performance is crucial. The budgetary responsibility lies within a range of $500,001 to $1,500,000.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth is a key factor.
- Expected to lead and motivate sales teams. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are vital for interacting with team members, clients, and company leadership.
- The ability to analyze sales data and market information to make informed decisions and develop effective sales strategies is highly valued.
