Job Description

Shannon Logistics is looking for full time, permanent (40 hours per week) Office Administrator located at 32 Massey Street, Brampton, Ontario, Canada L6S 2W2.

Position: Office Administrator
Position Available: 1
Terms of Employment: Full-time and Permanent
Wage: 27.50 per hour, 40 hours per week
Anticipated Date: As Soon as Possible


Job Duties:

Answer incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
Make a schedule of the appointment, Update appointment calendars
Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
Create an invoice and send them
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
Establish Work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
Correspond with clients and manage related paperwork for orders
Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence

Job Requirements:

Completion Of High School Is required
Completion of some college or experience of atleast 2 years is required
