Location: Etobicoke, ON M9C 5J1
Salary: $32.15 per hour / 35 hours per week
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in application and software redesign
- Maintaining and documenting external client issues
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing technological issues with hardware or software.
- Provide solutions for network and system-related issues, as well as detailed documentation
- Conduct a cause analysis on-site or at a client location.
- Assist customers by completing analysis on various desktop computer, Internet connectivity, and hardware and software installation issues.
- Assist clients in order to improve processes connected to system difficulties.
- To maintain error logs in collaboration with IT departments, as well as resolution reports.
- Set up equipment for employee usage, including performing or assuring the installation of cables, operating systems, or relevant software.
- To make recommendations based on various metrics on how to improve the entire support process.
Eligibility Requirements:
- College diploma or CEGEP in information technology (IT), computer science, computer information systems (CIS), or a related subject is preferred
- Hands-on experience with computers and knowledge of software and hardware for 2 years to less than 3 years.
- Excellent knowledge of SQL, SAS, file management software, database software and data analysis software
- Familiarity with database design, Software development, Information technology MS Excel
- Proven ability to work in fast paced environment, especially under pressure with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Analytical and problem-solving skills along with keen attention to detailed information
