Job Summary:
As a Cleaning Supervisor for Emergency Cleanup Services, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of cleaning professionals to ensure timely and effective response to emergency situations, such as accidents, homicides, suicides, flooding, fires, and other traumatic events. Your primary duties will include:
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of related apprentices, helpers, and labourers to maximize efficiency
- Respond to various trauma scenes and emergencies due to flooding, fires, and other traumatic events in residential and commercial properties.
- Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring timely and effective response to emergency cleanup requests.
- Identify and resolve work-related problems promptly, recommending measures to enhance productivity and maintain high-quality standards.
- Manage the requisition of materials and supplies necessary for emergency cleanup operations.
- Follow safety procedures, and company policies to maintain a safe and productive working environment.
- Prepare and submit work progress reports.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all activities performed at the scene.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to quality control, safety, and customer service.
Qualifications:
• 5 or more years experience in a management or supervisory role within the emergency cleanup or related industry required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to travel to various locations as needed.
