Job Description

Location: Barrie, ON L4N 5R7

Salary: $68.50 per hour for 35 hours per week

Number of vacancies: 1

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Type: Permanent employment

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, lead, and inspire a creative team of graphic designers, illustrators, and other staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control to ensure the company remains profitable. Monitor financial performance and make strategic adjustments as needed.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality web design and services, consistently meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients, negotiate deals, and expand the company's reach. Identify new market trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive the organization's growth and profitability.
  • Manage several operations, optimizing processes and resource allocation.
  • Make critical decisions on investments, expansion, and product development.
  • Deeply analyze regular reports and statistical progress of the organization and the staff.

 Eligibility Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, management, finance, or a related discipline, is the minimum requirement.
  • Significant work experience of 5 years or more is crucial.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills are critical. Demonstrated ability to lead the team and achieve results is a must.
  • Understanding financial statements, budgeting, and cost management is essential for effective financial oversight.
  • Proven ability to address complex challenges and make strategic decisions to drive the company's success.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills for building and maintaining client relationships, industry partnerships, and a strong professional network.
