As a Restaurant Manager, your responsibilities will be:
- Responsible for smooth operation of the restaurant and ensure the restaurant complies with health and safety regulations.
- Determine and update the hotpot menu. Regularly check the quality of food and beverages served, ensuring consistency and adherence to restaurant recipes and presentation standards.
- Manage inventory, ensuring the availability of fresh ingredients and supplies, and minimizing waste.
- Oversee the restaurant’s budget, including tracking expenses, managing payroll, and setting financial goals. Analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours while controlling labor costs.
- Oversee the hiring, training, and management of restaurant staff to ensure service preparation, standards, and food safety.
- Negotiate with suppliers for food ingredients, beverages, and restaurant supplies. Maintain good relationships with vendors for quality supplies at competitive prices.
- Ensure that guests receive high-quality service and an enjoyable dining experience. Address customer complaints or issues swiftly and effectively.
- Organize and manage events or special occasions hosted at the restaurant, which might include group bookings or cultural celebrations.
Requirements:
Education
Ÿ A college/university diploma in related to hospitality or food and beverage service management.
Work Experience
Ÿ Minimum of 2-year work experience as restaurant manager or related experience
Language
Job Type: full-time (31 hours/week), permanent
