Job Descriptions:
- Oversee and coordinate restaurant procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures
- Establish work priorities and ensure deadlines are met
- Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Conduct analyses and oversee operations related to budgeting, contracting and planning and management processes
- Coordinate and plan for restaurant services, such as equipment, supplies and maintenance
- Ensure efficient day-to-day functioning of the restaurant.
- Implement and uphold high standards of customer service.
- Address customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall dining experience.
Additional Requirements:
- 3 years+ proven work experience in a Food & Beverage or related industry;
- A high degree of flexibility coupled with an ability to deal with high pressure in a fast-paced working environment;
- Responsible and detailed oriented with strong organizational and coordination skills preferred;
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- Up to date with food and beverage trends and best practices
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills;
