Wages:      29.00 hourly/35 to 40 hours per Week

Type :      Permanent employment/ Full time

Shifts:       Day, Evening, Morning, Shift

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Tasks

Schedule and confirm appointments

Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages

Answer electronic enquiries

Order offi ce supplies and maintain inventory

Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinatethe flow of information

Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems

Carry out administrative activities of establishment

Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met

Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures

Experience and specialization
