Salary: $27.00 per hour / full-time (35 hours per week)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing all administrative activities of the office and implementing procedures
- Prepare and maintain confidential sponsor and donor information
- CRM, Donor and Events cloud-based management (DonorPerfect, Raisin and Monday.Com)
- Project Management and Event Management
- Web, Marketing and Social Media Management
- Leading content creation, publications and delivery of marketing collateral
- Coordinate and organize fundraising campaigns and maintain Client, Sponsor and Donor relations
- Prepare and review Grant Applications
- Delegate work, assign work priorities and ensure deadlines are met
- Assist with Community Outreach and liaising with businesses, politicians and other stakeholders
- Provide training to staff on new operational techniques and policies
- Program and Operational Support
- Plan and coordinate for office services
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the CEO and the Board of Directors
Job Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of experience related to office administration
- University degree or college diploma
- Proficiency in CRM, Donor and Events cloud-based management (DonorPerfect, Raisin and Monday.Com)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- People skills and the ability to handle stress
- Ability to remember large amounts of information and handle multiple tasks at once
- Able to work with people of diverse backgrounds
- Team player who can understand the growth potential of our organization
