JOB DESCRIPTION
Location: Chatham, ON N7L 1Z9
Salary: $53.00 per hour for 30 hours per week
Number of vacancies: 1
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
Job Type: Permanent employment
Job Responsibilities:
- Participates in the preparation of the annual forecast by projecting unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profits.
- Ensures that sales managers understand company policies, procedures and sales systems.
- Analyzing various business reports to understand trends and opportunities
- Identify new and existing business opportunities to increase the growth of the organization, promoting strong client engagement, retention and attraction strategies
- Provide leadership, direction, mentoring and professional development to a large team of experienced sales and marketing professionals
- Addresses customer complaints to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
- Determine a strategy for success and instill the tools and training needed in the department to achieve that success.
- Establish and maintain business partnerships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
- Maintain sales quotas by managing a team that will meet or exceed target sales numbers.
- Oversee recruitment, training and retention of sales staff members
Eligibility Requirements:
- Bachelor degree typically in Business Administration or similar relevant field
- Typically, 5 years of experience in the managerial position.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- A proven track record of successfully leading and motivating diverse teams
- Multitasker and critical thinker with strong analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in identifying and developing new market opportunities
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in staff development and values-based leadership
