Responsibilities
Tasks
Ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of administrative services, including records management, security, finance, purchasing, and human resources.
Develop and implement strategic plans for the administrative services department in alignment with the overall goals of the company.
Recruit, interview, and hire qualified personnel for administrative positions.
Oversee training programs to ensure staff members are well-equipped to perform their duties effectively.
Oversee the negotiation, execution, and management of contracts and ensure that contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Provide leadership and guidance to staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Prepare comprehensive reports and briefs for management committees, evaluating the performance and effectiveness of staff members
