Job Description

  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and check employees working efficiently
  • Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
  • To take care of the business documents, to ensure bills are paid on time and all govt payments are made.
  • Keep records of daily sales and follow up with employer to discuss do's and dont's
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, such as equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting and project planning and management processes
  • Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Enter records of clients using computerized inventory system. 
  • calculate the commisions and bonuses paid to workers and keep records for each workers
  • make schedule of workers and assign work as per the bookings
  • Recieve calls and make reminder calls for customers.
