Salary: $46.15 per hour for 30 hours per week
Number of vacancies: 1
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of project to ensure that goals or objectives of company are accomplished within prescribed time frame
- Leading and managing the team of construction workers, general contractors, sub-contractors and online staff.
- Monitor project finances, control costs, and ensure adherence to the budget.
- Establish objectives for the company and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Building and leading a high-performing project management and construction team.
- Assigning responsibilities, managing workloads and optimizing the allocation of personnel and equipment.
- Ensure and conduct inspections to verify work quality standards and regulatory requirements are followed.
- Implement and ensure safety protocols to ensure secure working environment.
- Generating and reviewing financials reports to assess project profitability and financial performance.
- Identify and assess potential risks to assess project timeliness, budgets and quality.
- Plan, allocate, hire and train staff as per the company needs and requirements.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is often required.
- Extensive experience of 5 years or more in the construction industry is essential.
- A strong understanding of construction processes, codes, regulations, and safety standards is crucial.
- The ability to lead and manage construction teams effectively, including subcontractors and laborers, is vital.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for interacting with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in budget management, cost control, and financial analysis is important for overseeing project finances.
- Knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and permitting processes is essential to ensure projects meet legal requirements.
- A commitment to safety and the ability to implement and enforce safety protocols on construction sites.
