Job description:


Skills

  • Carry out administrative activities of company
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
  • Establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
  • Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting and project planning and management processes
  • Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocations, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, and maintenance
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to interact with company drivers in both English and Hindi

Employment Location and other requirements:

  • Location is based in Rural Area
  • No public transportation available
  • Must have a valid driver's license or be able to obtain within reasonable time after starting employment
  • Own vehicle is an asset

Education/Credential/Certificates/Licenses:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Business Equipment and Computer Applications

  • MS Excel or similar
  • MS Word or similar
  • MS Outlook or similar

Language:

  • English

Experience: 

  • No Experience required
