Position - Automotive Mechanic

Job requirement

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Experience:  1 to 2 years of related experience

Main Duties

• Examine engines, and employ computerized diagnostic tools and other testing devices to identify and isolate faults in automotive systems and components conduct on-road evaluations of motor vehicles
•  Make adjustments, perform repairs, or replace parts and components within automotive systems, encompassing fuel systems, brakes, steering and suspension, engines , emission control and exhaust systems, as well as cooling and climate control and electrical and electronic systems Validate and fine-tune repaired systems to align with the manufacturer's performance specifications
•  Execute routine maintenance services such as oil changes, lubrications, and tune-ups in accordance with scheduled intervals.
•  Provide customers with detailed information on the completed work, the overall condition of their vehicle, and potential future repair requirements.
•  Review work orders and discuss work with supervisor
