Terms of employment: full time/permanent

Hours: 32 to 40 per week

Salary: 25.00 hourly

Start date: as soon as possible.

Language: English

Education: completion of secondary school

Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience

 

Job duties:

  • Managing the shop's appointment calendar and coordinating with customers to schedule tire installations, automotive repair/service, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer or appropriate person.
  • Sending appointment reminders to customers.
  • Maintaining accurate and organized records of customer information, transactions, and sales.
  • Entering and updating customer data in the shop's database and maintain manual and computerized filing system.
  • Managing incoming phone calls, emails, mail and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members and responding to routine inquiries.
  • Generating invoices for services rendered and processing payments.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely billing.
  • Keeping the office area clean, tidy, and organized.
  • Ordering office supplies as needed.
  • Addressing issues and challenges that arise in daily operations, such as scheduling conflicts, customer service issues, or data discrepancies.
  • Determine and establish office procedures.
