Salary: $ 66.50 hourly / 30 hours per week
Overtime:1.5 times gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to align the goals with market trends and emerging technologies.
- Lead, manage, hire, train, and motivate the team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.
- Manage budgets, financial forecasting, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency and achieve financial objectives.
- Drive innovation by staying abreast of industry trends, evaluating new technologies, and implementing cutting-edge solutions.
- Oversee and ensure successful execution of IT projects, from initiation to completion, within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring delivery of high-quality IT solutions.
- Prioritize and oversee cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data and systems.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to deliver reliable and efficient IT services.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships that enhance the company's capabilities and market position.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field such as information technology, computer science, or business administration.
- Significant experience in leadership roles within the IT industry for at least 5 years, demonstrating a deep understanding of technology and business operations.
- Clear English speaking and strong interpersonal skills are crucial for this job.
- Strong leadership qualities with a track record of effectively leading and inspiring team members.
- Proficient financial management skills, including budgeting {$100,001 - $500,000}, forecasting, and resource allocation to achieve financial goals.
- Successful management of complex IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.
