Salary: $20.15 per hour for 40 hours per week

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and common areas.
• Dust surfaces, furniture, and fixtures, and polish surfaces to maintain a clean and presentable environment.
• Sweep and mop floors regularly to remove dirt and debris, ensuring a tidy and safe space.
• Empty and dispose of trash and recyclables, maintaining proper waste disposal practices.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other consumables as needed.
• Vacuum carpets and rugs to remove dirt and dust, contributing to a well-maintained indoor environment.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors to ensure a clear and polished appearance.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for oneself and others.

Eligibility Requirements:

• A secondary school graduation certificate is required. 
• Prior experience of 1 to 2 years is a prerequisite. 
• Good physical health and stamina to handle the physically demanding aspects of cleaning tasks.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and maintenance of designated areas.
• Dependability and punctuality are crucial to maintaining cleanliness consistently.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established cleaning protocols and procedures.
• Efficient time management skills to complete tasks within specified timeframes.
• Basic communication skills to report maintenance issues and communicate with team members.
