Salary: $67.10 per hour for 30 hours per week

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Eligibility Requirements:
- Typically, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, management, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience of 5 years or more in management and progressively responsible positions.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the capacity to inspire and guide teams toward achieving organizational goals.
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and a solid understanding of business economics, is important to work efficiently within a budget of $500,001 - $1,500,000.
- Ability to think strategically, foresee market trends, and formulate effective business strategies.
- Proven ability to make sound decisions, especially under pressure, considering both short-term and long-term implications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as effective interpersonal skills for dealing.
- Adept at identifying and solving complex problems, fostering innovation and adaptability.
