Job Title: Buffet Cook (Full-time position)
Work Experience in:
- Chef or cook at a Chinese restaurant; and
- Cooking a variety of Chinese cuisine including appetizers, soups, main dishes, noodles and rice, seafood, vegetarian options, sushi, and desserts.

- 1051 Kingsway, Sudbury, Ontario, P3B 2E6
Duties:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes and culinary delights for the buffet;
- Create special meals tailored to specific dietary needs or as directed by the head chef;
- Coordinate and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and smooth operations;
- Manage inventory, keeping detailed records of food, supplies, and equipment;
- Organize and oversee buffet setups, maintaining a high standard of food quality and presentation while ensuring a visually appealing and appetizing display;
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and work area, upholding hygiene standards;
- Contribute to menu planning, including portion sizing, cost estimation, and monitoring and ordering supplies.
Terms: 2-years
Remuneration: $27.00 per hour / 35 hours per week
